Malibu C DDL XL Direct Dye Lifter Extra Lift is a professional colour-removal treatment for unwanted direct dyes and vivid shades. The non-drip formula can be mixed with water for gentler lifting or with 10- or 20-volume developer when stronger lifting is required.

How to Use

  1. Perform a strand test before use. Empty the 20g sachet into a non-metallic bowl. Add approximately 44mL of 10- or 20-volume developer for warm tones, or use water for gentler lifting and cool tones. Mix thoroughly and use immediately.
  2. Section the hair and apply freshly mixed product with a brush. Process for no longer than 45 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. Do not use heat.
  3. Shampoo thoroughly and rinse. Malibu C recommends Un-Do-Goo Shampoo, followed by De-Ox to stop oxidation.

Important Information

  • Professional use only. Wear suitable gloves. Do not apply to the scalp, skin, eyelashes or eyebrows, or use on children or hair coated with metallic dyes.
  • Do not proceed if the strand test shows splitting. Rinse immediately if itching or burning occurs.
