CHI Developer offers excellent conditioning properties and protection to hair while providing moisture to dry and sensitive scalps. It provides a stronger barrier on the strands, reducing frizz and adding shine with stronger fibers, capable of bonding and repairing hair form the inside out. Helps protect against environmental stressors and color loss. This bonding agent is a small molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deep into the cortex, forming a protective scaffolding between amino acids on the surface and inside the hair to strengthen the hair's keratin structure.

The newly formulated CHI Developers are designed to work in sync with the CHI Lightening and Hair Color ranges for excellent color results.

  • Ingredients include aloe vera and silk protein for extra moisture and conditioning.
  • Coupled with bonding agents, the CHI New Developers offer an additional layer of strength and protection to the inner and outer structure of the hair shaft to avoid breakage and damage when hair is the most fragile during coloring services.
